  • The yoga retreat takes place in beautiful Greece, to be more precise on Naxos Island, the center of the Cycladic Islands. The retreat villa is located in Mikri Vigla, the famous beach of Naxos well known by all the wind lovers for kitesurfing, windsurfing and wing foiling.

  • A transfer will be organized on arrival & departure day from/to the airport/ferry. Let us know what time you arrive and we organize the transfer.

  • There are different ways to reach Naxos. Fly to Athens, Mykonos or Santorini. From Athens you can either fly with Aegean Airlines-Olympic Air and Skyexpress to Naxos (travel time about 1 hour) or you take the ferry from the port of Piraeus with the high speed ferry from 3,5 to 4 hours or the Blue Star Ferries from 5,5 to 6 hours. If you fly to Mykonos or Santorini you reach Naxos by sea.

  • For the yoga classes you should bring comfortable clothes, enough outfits to change for practicing five times the week up to twice a day. You should also bring some warm clothes to cover as we will practice in the morning and in the evening to be warm and covered for the meditation classes and Savasana. Bring also comfortable shoes/sneakers as we want to hike up the Mount Zeus which is recommended not to wear flip flops. And of course your favorite bikini shouldn’t miss to enjoy our fantastic pool at the villa as well as the Aegean Sea.

  • In the retreat we will mainly practice Vinyasa yoga flows combined with sometimes more powerful and dynamic flows where we bring the heart beat up (Power Vinyasa Yoga) or more relaxing and regenerative flows (Yin yoga inspired Vinyasa) to end perfectly the day. The classes will be connected with breathwork exercises and guided meditation. The classes are designed for all levels. Safe alignments, modifications and adjustments will be offered in all classes.

  • This retreat is for all levels of yoga practitioners. This retreat is for everybody who comes with an open mind and loves the benefits of moving, breathing and relaxation of a yoga practice.

  • The villa can host up to 8 people. Regarding the room booking, the retreat size will be 4 - 8 people. A perfect group size to experience the benefits of the group energy while individual needs of the students can be referred.

  • Breakfast can consist of a variety of different options like porridge, seasonal fruits, Greek yogurt, variety of nuts, fresh village bread, cheese, juice, tea and coffee. Dinner will take place either at the villa or in my favorite restaurants where we will explore the Naxian cuisine and get the taste of a variety of delicious vegetarian options.

  • Naxos is the perfect spot to learn kitesurfing. While you are here for retreating your body, mind and soul, why not to learn something new and try kitesurfing in your free time. The villa is in walking distance from the the kite spot.

  • In your free time you can relax at the pool, go for a swim in the turquoise Aegean Sea, discover Naxos town or even add to your daily yoga practice an active sport and learn kitesurfing. While yoga strengthens and stretches the entire body you are perfectly prepared for kitesurfing or any other active sports on the island.
